1.What if I forgot my login password?

Click the “forget password” below the login page, select the e-mail address or mobile phone number to finish the relative procdures.

 

2.What if I forgot my transaction password?

After you login into your BCEX account, click (My account) – (Changing Password) - (Changing Transaction Password) – (Forget Transaction Password)

 

3.How to change your verified mobile phone number?

 Send your registration information (ID, new phone number, original phone number, photo copy of your ID card, photo of you holding your ID card) to BCEX service email: service@bcex.ca. It usually take 24 hours to process, please have some patience.

4.May I change my verified email/ name/ ID number?

 Technically no. But you could apply to change if there is anything wrong with your ID information. Send your registration information (ID, new phone number, original phone number, photo copy of your ID card, photo of you holding your ID card) to BCEX service email: service@bcex.ca. It usually take three working days to process, please have some patience.
